Ngalesi sizathu, abaphethe phezulu enkampanini banganquma ukuguqula inkampani ebhalisiwe ibe i-CC. Indlela yokwenza lokhu namadokhumende ami ngale ndlela elandelayo:

  • • Uma befuna ukushintsha igama, ifomu CK7 izofuneka, ukubekisa igama elisha (uma igama lingaguqulwa, asikho isidingo sokubekisa igama).

    • Thumela ifomu CK 7
    • Amafomu CK 4 no-CK 1 afakwa emva kwalena
    • Thumela incwadi ye-accounting officer ezosebenza lowo msebenzi
    • Thumela incwadi evela kumcubunguli mabhuku wenkampani ngokweSigaba 27 (2) (B) soMthetho Wama-Close Corporation
    • Imali engu-R100-00

Ukuguqula kusuke kwi-CC kuye kwiNkampani

I-close corporation ingakhula kakhulu futhi ukuze ikhule nangaphezulu, ukufaka imali ngendlela yamasheya kungathathwa njengento edingekayo.

Noma, i-CC ingazithola isincintisana nezinkampani ezinkulu (ama-Pty’s) nayo ikholwe ngukuthi kufanele ibe i-Pty “ukuze ihlele kahle indlela esebenza ngayo” emehlweni emakethe/amakhasimende ayo. Ngaleyo ndlela abaphathi bakhetha ukuguqula i-CC yabo ibe yiNkampani ebhalisiwe.

  • Uma igama lishintsha, ifomu CM5 kufanele igcwaliswe, ukubekisa igama.

    • onke amadokhumende ngokokubhaliswa kwenkampani
    • ngaleyo ndlela kufanele kube khona ukusizwa ngummeli.
    • I-CM1 (isitifiketi se-incorporation) kufanele sifakwe. I-Cm1 kufanele ibe nenombolo yokubhalisa negama le-CC eguquliwe.
